Stone Built Villa with Private Pool

Our villas are newly built and luxuriously decorated to high standards. They are stone built, showing a traditional and simultaneously a modern style. The bedrooms lead to large balconies or terraces with outdoor furniture and panoramic views, ideal for enjoying romantic sunsets or the starlit nights.
The kitchen (located on the ground floor) is fully equipped with all the amenities: oven, four cooking rings, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, clothes washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and many kitchen utensils (including pans, pots, casseroles, etc). At the kitchen are there is also a dining table with chairs.
The living room, being one of the most important areas of every home, is equipped with a large comfortable corner sofa and all the mods and cons like a smart TV with satellite channels for cosy evenings in. The living room is embraced by sizable terrace offering stunning views.
Every villa provides its own large swimming pool with sunbeds. Beach towels are provided by us free of charge. At the garden, there are BBQ facilities, which can be great fun for all the family. There is also garden and balcony furniture and free parking area for each villa.
Inside each villa there are 4 separate bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs), three with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms with shower (one upstairs and one downstairs). All windows are double glazing, soundproofing and temperature-proofing and have mosquito net. We also provide iron and iron board, safety deposit box and hairdryer. All rooms are fully air conditioned, while bed linen provided for all the different temperatures of the season. Bath towels are also provided. Baby cots and high chairs for infants up to 2 years old can be provided free of charge upon request. Last but not least, wi-Fi is also included and covers most areas.
